Our Team and Heritage
Our name comes from the Andean Condor that soars amongst the granite peaks of Patagonia where our sister company Swoop Patagonia was founded in 2010. Since then Swoop has served over 10,000 travellers to Antarctica, Chile and Argentina and grown to be a £40m turnover ‘B Corp’ with 100 employees across 5 continents.
Swoop’s founder, Luke, and CFO, Alex, are the Co-Founders of Condor Ventures and bring experience from their years at Booking.com and Flight Centre among other travel business across retail, corporate and wholesale around the globe.

Luke Errington
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Luke brings 14 years of adventure travel and expedition cruise experience; prior to that he was one of the early members of the Booking.com team. Luke is passionate about helping people explore wild places in ways that ensure that they are protected for future generations, and supporting travel entrepreneurs with bold ambitions.
Alex Davis
Co-Founder & CFO
Alex Davis has travelled to over 100 countries and has expertise in driving profitable, sustainable growth in both start-ups and listed companies, including Flight Centre. He brings over two decades of experience in the travel industry in the UK and internationally. His expertise spans retail, corporate, and wholesale sectors, with a focus on finance and cash flow management, fundraising, M&A, and strategic development.


Lotti Williams
Head of Finance
​Lotti has worked in finance teams in the travel industry since receiving a distinction for her MSc in International Economics, Banking & Finance in 2017. She specialises in financial modelling, data analysis and creating essential reports helping commercial teams to make data driven decisions. She is also experienced in setting up accountancy software, accounting practices and creating operational processes to help travel companies manage their finances and cashflows.​
Imogen Scobie
Founders' Associate
Imogen graduated with a First Class degree in Philosophy from The University of Birmingham, including a year studying Marketing and Business in Uruguay, where she developed fluency in Spanish. Having previously worked for a sustainability consultancy and in the travel sector in New Zealand her focus in Condor is in sustainability and AI and strategy, research and analysis.
